Basically you have three rolls you have to
perform with less and less possibility to create lift, so your technique and
timing have to get better as you advance.
First version is done with a throwing stick
(Norsaq) which has more area than you hand, which is the next step.
try with clenched first to further reduce you effective area and last but not
least you do these rolls while holding a brick of several kg in your hand!
Fist roll, start forward, finish aft
Again once your handroll version feels ok, try the fist
version of the roll. It is a good idea to actually grap something small,
so you cannot cheat.
The difference between the different forward to aft versions
in my opinion is not too big, so even when you just manage the Norsaq
version, just try one of the harder ones.
However this is quite different with the forward ending handrolls!

lot harder than the Norsaq or hand versions! You have to be quite good
in your hand versions before you should try these.
